OnSize's "Easter Sweepstakes" Rules

Organizer: OnSize Ltd. (2142 Nagytarcsa, Gránit Street 9).) hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.

Duration of the prize draw

The giveaway runs from 0:00 on March 21, 2024 to 23:00 on April 1, 2024.

Participation in the prize draw and its process

The condition for participating in the prize draw is to subscribe to the newsletter valid during the prize draw period (from 0:00 on March 21, 2024 to 23:00 on April 1, 2024). https://onsize.eu/ on the website or via the Facebook form. Exceptions to this are OnSize employees, its cooperating partners, and their family members and household members.

Prize

We will draw 1 OnSize gift voucher worth 100,000 HUF among the participants in the game.

The prize cannot be exchanged for other products or services or converted into cash.

The prize draw

The prize draw for the game will take place without the involvement of an agency at the following time:

April 5, 2024, 8:00 PM

The draw is not public, the Organizer will inform the winner of the results of the draw at the email address provided during registration.

If the winner does not claim the prize within 48 hours of being notified of the prize If the winner does not respond to the Organizer's request within 14 days, they will lose the prize and the alternate winner will be entitled to the prize.

Persons participating in the prize draw

The winner is obliged to cooperate in order to ensure that the prize is delivered no later than 2 weeks after the draw. If the winner fails to comply with this obligation of cooperation and thus the timely delivery of the prize fails, this circumstance cannot be assessed as a liability of the Organizer. The Organizer can ensure the possibility of receiving the prize within this deadline.

The Organizer reserves the right to replace any prize specified in these Participation and Game Rules with another prize of the same or higher value as specified in these Participation and Game Rules in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The Organizer will not accept any complaints in this regard.

The Organizer is not liable for any incorrect information provided by the winner.

The Organizer will comply with the tax payment obligation related to the prize in accordance with the applicable laws. The Organizer has no further obligations beyond the delivery of the Prize and the settlement of any tax implications.

The winner is not entitled to receive the Prize if:

  • not over 18 years old;

  • does not respond to the Organizer's request within 48 hours;

  • it is not possible to contact the winner via email;

  • the winner declares that he/she does not know or does not know the prize

    wants to take over;

  • it can be clearly proven that multiple and/or false registrations

    participated in the prize draw, which gave him an unfair advantage

    agent;

  • it can be clearly demonstrated that the prize game

    tries to influence its course/outcome in any way;

  • violates any point of these game rules

Prize Draw Organizer Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally change these rules and the course of the prize game or any part of the prize game. If there is suspicion of abuse or conduct that may lead to abuse during the prize game, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the prize game, or to exclude the person committing the abuse from the prize game.

If the winner has limited legal capacity, he/she is only entitled to handle the substantive administration related to the prize and to receive the prize together with his/her legal representative. Incapacitated persons may not participate in the prize draw even through their legal representative.

The Organizer assumes liability for the prize in accordance with the rules of civil law, the governing law being Hungarian law.

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from all current and future promotions anyone who commits fraud/forgery in any promotion organized by the Organizer.

Privacy Policy

Participation in the prize draw and the provision of data during the prize draw were voluntary and in possession of appropriate information. Each data controller is responsible for its own data processing activities. The legal basis for data processing is the participant's voluntary declaration of consent to data processing, which occurs simultaneously with the acceptance of these game rules upon participation in the prize draw.
