Scheme

A customer can request a new size if they meet the following conditions:

• the product was ordered for personal use,
• the product has not been used, it is in new condition (trying on it once indoors is of course allowed),
• is willing to deliver the product within 14 calendar days from the date of sending the declaration,
• the tag/seal has not been removed from the product.

If the buyer wishes to exercise the right of exchange, he must return the product to our store address no later than midnight on the 14th day after receipt of the order. The address of our store is: 1061 Budapest Andrássy út 43. +36 20 237 9528

• It is mandatory to present/attach the invoice/receipt received with the product in physical form.
• The following document regarding size change must also be completed:
